The artist can deny the service to anyone. The client will be informed about the denial of service.

If the commission is about a subject the artist can't do or has no experience with, it can be refused

If the client is rude or doesn't respect the artist, the artist has the right to deny them service for an indefinite period.

You must be 18 years old or older to commission adult content.

The artist will not accept copyrighted characters or characters who don't belong to the commissioner without explicit permission.

The client must be aware of external factors that may influence delivery times.

Any drawing (SFW or NSFW) that contains fetishes as a main theme must be negotiated with the artist. A fee may apply and the commission can be refused in cases where the artist considers the fetish "Extreme".

The drawing may be modified in small details until one month of delivery is met, after the month changes are not accepted without an additional charge. Big changes have additional charge.

If it is sought that the commission isn't shown in any of my networks, a certain extra amount will be charged by not showing it within my portfolio

Reference pictures you can lend us pictures as reference for your poses, composition or backgrounds, but if this reference is an illustration made by another artist, we will interpretate the drawing in my style and way for security and respect to both artist.

If you don't have any reference sheet yet, give us the details written or if you have previous pictures of your character you want to commission, being clear enough.

Changes in the drawing Dont be afraid to ask for changes, if you wanna add something else, tell us, our job is to give you an illustration of your liking.

The client has the right to ask for 3 free changes on the drawing only if its still in sketch phase.

If the client wants changes once the drawing is in lineart or flat colors, it will be negotiated, depending on the changes asked, if it can have an extra charge.

working time the time estimated to get to your slot will be given by the artist you commission.

Have in mind that this one can change because of different factors as: Technical errors or clients not replying etc.

Once we start to work in your commission, the time to finish it could be from 2 hours, to months depending on the complexity, changes and finishing of your illustration.

While we work in your commission i will give you pictures of how the work is going (WIP's) or i'll update in my trello

delivering your ilustration once the illustration is finished up, we will ask you for a mail direction to send you the High Definition image.

Once that you accept and the illustration is delivered to you, there will not be any future changes or claims about it. Once that you accept the final vertion and its send to you, it will be taken for granted that the illustration was delivered as you liked

The refunds will only be full refunds, if this one is asked in the next 3 days after the payment is made, so think well about you paying it.

I don't make refunds of any kind

The data asked to our clients its not saved in any archive or data base, and will not be showed to third ones.

Sensible data that we use to ask for once you commission us:

- Mail (to send you the finished illustration)

- Media Contacts (To tag you as the client who asked for that commission)

In case of being a frecuent costumer, the only thing we can save from your information is your character reference sheet, thing that the client can ask us for.

"How many times a day can I contact you?" R= If its not your turn already, I ask you to not ask more than twice a day, but if we are working in your illustration you can ask us as much as we want.

"Is there a limit of difficulty for my commission?" R= No! there's no limit, the only thing would be that we will need more time to finish and send your illustration.

"How many commissions can I ask for at the same time?" R= As many as you want, the only thing is that if they are more than 3 we will also work other once at the same time to keep the work flowing.

"Is there a way that I can make my spot go into the 1st one in the wait list?" R= Yes there is a way, depending on how long the wait list is, and extra charge can be added to move that commission in the first place.
