The artist can deny the service to anyone. The client will be informed about the denial of service.

If the commission is about a subject the artist can't do or has no experience with, it can be refused

If the client is rude or doesn't respect the artist, the artist has the right to deny them service for an indefinite period.

You must be 18 years old or older to commission adult content.

If you request a commission for someone already on the blacklist, the service will be immediately denied, along with adding the person who requested the commission to the blacklist.

The artist denies any use of their art/commissions/orders to feed the AI. If this is discovered, the client will be directly blacklisted and no further orders will be accepted.

Due to certain experiences, once the sketch is completed, the user will be informed about the file dimensions and DPI. This is to avoid quality misunderstandings.

Delivery time may be extended due to external factors (work outside of art, personal life, illness, etc.) where the client will be informed if they ask about the service, along with notices on the respective social media (Telegram, Facebook, Twitter).

Changes in the drawing - Dont be afraid to ask for changes, if you wanna add something else, tell us, our job is to give you an illustration of your liking.

Please be reminded that the prices shown in the tables are the initial prices and may increase due to extra charges such as: (Extreme fetishes, complex positions, elaborate background, multiple versions of the same commission, non-publication, delivery of the original file, making several changes or small or extreme changes after the sketch,Commercial use, Rushing through deadlines or moving up places on the Trello list, etc.)

The artist will not accept characters who don't belong to the commissioner without explicit permission.

Payment plans above +$200 dollars / $4,000mxn are accepted.

Reference pictures you can lend us pictures as reference for your poses, composition or backgrounds, but if this reference is an illustration made by another artist, we will interpretate the drawing in my style and way for security and respect to both artist.

If the character does not have a reference sheet or clear images of its design (such as full body drawings with flat colors) and the client requires describing changes or additions, an extra charge will be made, and it will be considered a custom.

The client has the right to ask for 3 free changes on the drawing only if its still in sketch phase.

Once we start to work in your commission, the time to finish it could be from 2 hours, to months depending on the complexity, changes and finishing of your illustration. (TAT:3 monthts)

delivering your ilustration once the illustration is finished up, we will ask you for a mail direction to send you the High Definition image.

Once that you accept and the illustration is delivered to you, there will not be any future changes or claims about it. Once that you accept the final vertion and its send to you, it will be taken for granted that the illustration was delivered as you liked

If you require a commission with any of my OCs, you can ask for availability and permission without any problem.

By reading these terms of service, you agree that you will not defame, insult, or harass the artist, especially once the service has ended.

Due to my financial constraints, I can't issue refunds of any kind, so it's important to be aware of the above and what will be ordered to avoid misunderstandings.

The data asked to our clients its not saved in any archive or data base, and will not be showed to third ones.

Sensible data that we use to ask for once you commission us:

- Mail (to send you the finished illustration)

- Media Contacts (To tag you as the client who asked for that commission)

In case of being a frecuent costumer, the only thing we can save from your information is your character reference sheet, thing that the client can ask us for.

"How many times a day can I contact you?" A= If its not your turn already, I ask you to not ask more than twice a day, but if we are working in your illustration you can ask us as much as we want.

"Is there a limit of difficulty for my commission?" A= No! there's no limit, the only thing would be that we will need more time to finish and send your illustration.

"How many commissions can I ask for at the same time?" A= As many as you want, the only thing is that if they are more than 3 we will also work other once at the same time to keep the work flowing.

"Is there a way that I can make my spot go into the 1st one in the wait list?" A= Yes there is a way, depending on how long the wait list is, and extra charge can be added to move that commission in the first place.

"What changes are free?" A= Changes that are free are those made during the sketch phase and minor changes during the lineart phase. Flat color changes to the lineart phase are free, and you can request up to four changes for free in the previous two phases.

"What if I request a commission on behalf of someone on the blacklist and I didn't know it?" A= If so, I won't add you to the blacklist, but if it happens again, I will. The same applies if you request a joint commission with someone on the blacklist.
